Fall practices begin July, fall season begins end of August (picture day 8/27/16).

Make sure you have completed all registration at www.eayso.org. Print two copies of registration form, two copies are mandatory. Handwritten forms will not be accepted.
New players need to mail a copy of proof of age (birth certificate or passport). New players and those that did NOT play in our 2015 Fall Season, (in U10-U14) must complete a skills assessment-for balancing teams (wear clothing and shoes for physical activity). You will be contacted by our Region Evaluator to complete this.
Registration is $135 for all players, VIP (for special needs players) registration is $25 (VIP is all ages). Please only mail check or money order. Send one check/money order per player.
Incomplete applications will be returned.

We will have soccer programs for players 4-18 years old. Registration is not complete unless you have completed online registration, attended walk-in registration, and completed payment.
Volunteers- complete your 2016 volunteer form too! New volunteers must print 2 copies of volunteer form and show ID at registration. Returning volunteers, complete form online only. We always need coaches, assistant coaches, referees, team parents, field and snack shack help. Welcome aboard! Training is online at www.aysotraining.org and in person dates to come.
